

A buffet is a system of serving meals in which food is placed in a public area where the diners serve themselves.
Informal or formal buffet services are a great way to feed any number of guests at your event. We also have a number of unique services that fall under this category. How do I choose a buffet menu?
Our rule of thumb when deciding on a buffet menu is two proteins, two warm side dishes and three cold side dishes. As always we are more then happy to create a menu for your event if you need some assistance.
