How many pieces per person should I order?
This is a common question that we are asked. Quantities do vary somewhat depending on timing of your event, menu selections and how many guests you are expecting. A rule of thumb that we follow is 8-10 pieces per person for a substantial cocktail style event. As we always say"we are in the business of feeding people, and as such you can expect that you and your guests will be more then satisfied'.


Can I replace a meal with a cocktail style menu?
Yes! This style of service has become a very popular alternative to the traditional sit down or buffet meal. Variety, quantity, unique selections all contribute to making your event a memorable one.
